Based on our own research ever since 2015, Medina Bio has consistently been either the largest importer of dental implants in Bulgaria by number of units sold or ranked among the top three companies in this category. In 2022, this achievement has been confirmed by the independent market survey “Dental Implants on the Bulgarian Market: Usage and Attitudes” by the market research company Noema – Medina Bio was recognized as the largest importer of dental implants in Bulgaria.
Our operations offer excellent nationwide coverage across Bulgaria, with field sales representatives based in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, and Gabrovo. This allows us to maintain well-stocked local inventories and provide fast delivery. Our highly trained and well-equipped sales team is dedicated to meeting customers’ needs and building long-term relationships.
Education and training are a vital part of our mission. We offer open seminars and tailored individual training programs for both novice and experienced implantologists. These programs provide access to the latest treatment concepts and methodologies. Several times a year, we also organize trips for Bulgarian dentists to attend international conferences and training centers, encouraging knowledge exchange and continuous learning.
In 2022, we launched the Dental Business Academy, designed to help dentists develop entrepreneurial skills. The program covers essential and advanced topics in finance, human resource management, marketing, and sales.
We strongly believe in the power of face-to-face communication. That’s why we maintain an active calendar of events, including medical and business training sessions, discussion clubs, regional customer meetings, and one-on-one consultations.
